Move Well Flow with Sandy Gross

A yoga-inspired movement class that includes the best of yoga, functional movement, self massage and guided relaxation.

While this series of classes aims to give you a yoga-like experience, they are also a taste of Sandy’s signature 1-on-1 program called Move Well Ed. where you’ll learn self care skills popular among the pros and other elite athletes.

About Sandy:

Sandy is a yoga & movement teacher and offers movement education programs that fortify your active life so that you can play the long game. She came to us this fall and has been teaching our yin/yang yoga class alongside Katie on Wednesday evenings.

She has over 35 years of experience teaching fitness, yoga, self massage, corrective exercise and forging relevant links between fitness, sport and the medical path. Her clients have included pro/collegiate/recreational athletes, top doctors, cancer survivors, and any life-long learner who believes that through movement education, they can participate greatly in a long, active life.

Yoga + Massage with Sandy Gross and Katie Cully

Wednesday at 7pm with Sandy and Katie

This is truly a one-of-a-kind yoga experience. During this Yin-style yoga class, Sandy will teach you poses and breathing exercises. While holding these poses, Katie will assist students by adjusting postures, correcting alignment, and rubbing muscles during the stretch and breaths. This class is extremely restorative for your body and relaxing for your mind.
