#yogaforteens Camp

July 9, 2018 - July 12, 2018

Daily yoga practice with postures, breathing techniques, creative activities, and deep relaxation. Goals include identifying stress triggers, releasing tension, increasing focus, creativity, and developing strength and flexibility for life both on and off the mat. Tiffany, is also a high school art teacher, and has been teaching art for 14 years. Together, we will create a relaxed atmosphere with space for creativity, frank discussion, and most importantly, fun! All are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Camp is appropriate for middle through high school age students. Space is limited to 7.

Kings and Queens of Yoga

July 15, 2018 2pm

Head stand, and shoulder stand are the king and queen postures of yoga. Both are accessible to any body type with props and modifications. We will begin with a short flow to warm up, then it's time to get upside down me! This will be a playful workshop experience to get upside down in the way that serves you best.

Full Moon Goddess Flow

August 26, 2018 2pm

Ladies - this one is for you! On this full moon day, we will learn Moon Salutations and use our collective feminine energy to guide our practice. The full moon is a time to let go of what no longer serves us. Join me for this empowering practice.



Yoga Class Passes

You can buy a pass to six or more classes and use them at your leisure!

Get more bang for your buck- When you purchase six or more classes at one time, you get a huge discount off the regular "drop-in" price! A class pass will also allow you to drop into a series class as long as there is room available.

Six classes at the drop-in price = $120 || Six classes at the pass price = $60


Morning Heart-Centered Hatha with Tamar

Tuesdays at 9:00am and Fridays at 10:00am

Join Tamar for a heart centered and awareness building Hatha yoga class. Beginner and Intermediate level students welcome. We will focus on learning and mastering fundamental yoga poses from standing to inversions and everything in between. Come join us for an hour of yoga that will leave you feeling lighter and more connected to your body and heart.

Tamar has been practicing yoga for close to twenty years. Combined with her training in Chinese medicine this class will direct you to dive deep into your body and help bring awareness and ease to areas that are asleep, stiff or that need more attention, strength and support.


Yoga + Massage with Katie Cully

Saturdays at 11:15am with Tiffany and Katie

This is truly a one-of-a-kind yoga experience. During this Yin-style yoga class, Tiffany will teach you poses and breathing exercises. While holding these poses, Katie will assist students by adjusting postures, correcting alignment, and rubbing muscles during the stretch and breaths. This class is extremely restorative for your body and relaxing for your mind.


Hatha Yoga for All - A Donation Based Class

Thursdays at 6:30pm with Tiffany Asha

A moderately paced class appropriate for beginning and experienced students, focusing on yoga breathing, postures, and relaxation. Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs, and where they are that day. This is a beautiful opportunity to be inspired by your fellow students of all levels.

Yin Yoga

Tuesdays at 6:30pm with Tiffany Asha

In this class, we'll build from basic Yin yoga poses into deeper postures with longer holding times, using props to help us. This is a slower moving, longer holding form of yoga. Yin works deeply in the body to release tension, heal injuries, and create a meditative space for self-exploration.


Private Yoga Lesson with Tiffany Asha

Private sessions are a great way to meet your individual needs for body-mind health, relaxation and stress management. If you're new to yoga, have a physical condition that needs special attention, or you would just like to have a specialized consultation regarding your personal practice, we highly recommend private sessions.

Some students do well with an ongoing, standing private appointment. Others just need one or a few private sessions to reassure them that they're ready to practice yoga with a larger group. Many students have particular circumstances that lend themselves well to one-on-one instruction. Whatever your situation, we will work with you according to your needs, and send you home with a personalized practice that you can do on your own.

If you need to cancel an appointment please provide 24 hour notice. Late cancellations are subject to a $35 cancel fee to be paid before you can reschedule.
